Its time to get Serious.
Businesses and organizations face many challenges in the marketplace today; however, one of the greatest lies within their most important asset – their employees. Lack of engagement, lack of inspiration, lack of communication, and lack of clarity and focus are some examples of what can plague an otherwise good team and keep it from becoming great! Bonanza Educational facilitators, trained in LEGO Serious Play methods, help businesses and organizations overcome challenges and experience growth.
Fun and Engaging Play with a Serious Purpose
LEGO Serious Play is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving method, where participants are led by a trained facilitator through a series of increasingly more complex questions by answering them with three-dimensional models. Participants build these models utilizing specially selected LEGO bricks that enable and encourage expression of ideas and solutions. This approach speaks to visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styes and serves as the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. The result is maximized potential, insight, confidence and commitment for the participants.
Bonanza Educational facilitates LEGO Serious Play meetings for groups ranging in size from six to twenty. The meeting can be scheduled from one eight hour day up to several days, depending on the needs and goals of the team. A certified in LEGO Serious Play facilitator from Bonanza Educational will consult with the team leadership to determine the specific needs of the group and develop a series of modules to meet those needs.
