Fun, project-based learning offered after-school, evenings, and on weekends
Bonanza Educational partners with local schools, recreation programs, and organizations to bring classes to after-school enrichment and special interest programs valley wide.
Engaging, Enriching, Educational, Fun
Bonanza Educational enrichment classes are offered in partnership with community schools, recreation programs, and organizations. Classes are presented to students as a series of guided meetings which build upon one another to develop creativity, collaboration, and communication skills for the participants while engaging them in STEM-based challenges. Typically, classes are held for one hour per week over a five to eight week period, but schedules can vary based on the needs of our programming partners.

Lessons that Build Real-Life Skills
Bonanza Educational classes feature lessons that build skills for success in our next great American (and world) economy.
Creativity
Employers are no longer hiring people to simply do the same mundane task over and over. They’re hiring people who are able to identify a problem and utilize creative problem solving skills to find a solution. Schools teach to tests; focusing on the right or the wrong answer. Successful students will develop the ability to think in between.
Collaboration
Whether across the ocean, across the city, or across the hallway, collaboration and teamwork are the ways in which most work is done in today’s society. Unfortunately, most students won’t experience their first group project until they reach middle school. Our programming exposes students to the concepts of effective teamwork and collaboration.
Communication
It’s one thing to have an idea or a solution. It’s another to have the communication skills to share it and see it through to implementation. Schools often focus on individual work, which fails to expose students to shared learning. There is no reason this cannot start today, and our programs foster strong communication in a safe and fun-filled environment.
“I enrolled them in the after-school club because they love their LEGO. I expected them to play with LEGO and thats it. When I arrived early to watch the end of a class, I saw it was so much more.”
Julie, Mother of Deer Valley Unified School District students Jaxon and Bronson
